People want to know how to improve their sleep. Most of us sleep too little or too much. I tell them to be consistent—same time to bed, same time to wake. Naps can be good, but you have to do them right. I advise taking one before 3 o'clock in the afternoon and then sleep for less than half an hour, maybe 20 minutes.
