I have an interest in public health from the perspective of how it impacts education. You have a teacher who’s sitting in front of a class for eight hours a day. That’s the student’s primary person in their life outside of their home. What impact can we have for those teachers? What I hope to come up with is professional development training [for teachers] in public health.
