What is ISIS?

Integrated Student Information System (ISIS) is Johns Hopkins' first university-wide, web-based student information system. It is designed for you.

If you are an applicant, you can apply online and receive regular communications regarding your application.

If you are a current student or graduate, you can use any web-browser to get 24/7 access to information about your financial aid, your class schedule, your grades, and your student account.

If you are a faculty member, you can print your course roster, email your entire class, and enter grades online.

If you are an advisor, you can review students' records and release registration holds.

If you are on staff in admissions, financial aid, the registrars' or student accounts offices, you will handle routine tasks more efficiently, so you can focus on the big picture.

Recent Enhancements

For Students

The Message Board has been updated to prevent overlapping messages.
"Authorized Payers" is now called "Authorized Users"...in addition to the same bill paying functionality, you can now allow authorized users to see your financial aid pages, grades, and schedule.
The Public Class Search received a series of improvements to address recent performance issues, as well as the addition of Writing Intensive indicators for ASEN Undergraduate classes
Public Health students can now complete the Graduation application through ISIS

For Faculty

Faculty can now opt in to receive an email summary of course enrollments, including new enrollments and students who have dropped.
Faculty can now download a Photo roster in PDF format
ASEN faculty can now include notes when assigning an I grade

For Advisors

Some advisors at Public Health now have now have access to view students across programs.
ASEN Advisors now have access to the Freshman and Sophomore Surveys through the Advisee pop-up window.
ASEN advisors can now access the Sophomore Survey through ISIS.

For Authorized Users

Your student can now allow you to view their financial aid pages, grades, and schedule.

See the ISIS Calendar for events that affect ISIS such as scheduled system downtimes, registration periods, training classes, and user group meetings.
