The Department of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology integrates many disciplines concerned with the study of the transmission, immunobiology and pathogenesis of bacterial, parasitic, viral, immunological, and infectious diseases of public health importance. Research is at the population, organismal, cellular and molecular levels.
