The report covers the work the OEDCP managed and produced in 2019 to 2021, with projects focused on increasing economic growth and opportunity by bringing new resources to the region, an action that fueled growth in local markets and among local-serving businesses.

Highlights include stories of the impact that programs and anchor initiatives such as HopkinsLocal and BLocal have had on both the community and individuals. The power of innovation is a recurring theme, as details about, and the success of, new resources such as Johns Hopkins HEAT Corps, Entrepreneurship Matters, and the Expungement Clinic are lifted up in the report.
