The Fourier Series of an Impulse Train

A Fourier Series produces a periodic signal because the frequency of each term is an integer multiple of a fundamental frequency. Such terms are called "harmonically related". A Fourier series is specified by giving the amplitude, frequency, and phase angle of each harmonic.
