Shawn Kelley, Receptionist

Shawn joined the staff of the Health and Wellness Center in the fall of 1999. If you have insurance questions or need assistance with a specialty referral or claim, please contact Shawn. She is the mother of 2 boys and one German Shepherd.  Shawn is happy to be here.

Terri Jones, Receptionist

Terri has been an employee of JHU since the fall of 2000.  She is married, and is the mother of two daughters. She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and closest friends.

Concordia Siebert, Receptionist 

Formerly a Registered Nurse, Connie has worked as a medical and surgical nurse. She was last employed as a nurse at Sheik Rashid Hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 1978. Connie ended her career as a nurse when she started raising a family. In 1994, interested in exploring medical office careers, Connie joined the staff of the Health and Wellness Center.

Karen Nordbrook, Receptionistt

Karen Nordbrook began working at the Johns Hopkins University Student Health & Wellness Center in October of 2007. Karen is an experienced Patient Services Coordinator, who specializes in college health. She has worked in the student health centers at Goucher College, Towson University and now Johns Hopkins University. She is married and the mother of three beautiful daughters.

Dana Sunderland, Accounting Assistant

Dana has been working at Johns Hopkins University since 1999 and has joined the Student Health and Wellness Center in 2007. She has worked in the Purchasing Department at the University since starting and is looking forward to a change of pace working in a new department. In her free time, she enjoys movies, spending time with friends and family, and listening to local music.

Linda Zeigler, Administrative Secretary

Formerly a Child Life Specialist at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Linda has since been a full-time mom for her four children. She has done book keeping for her husband's counseling practice and joined SHWC in the fall of 2007 for full time employment. Linda is excited to be part of a medical setting once again and enjoys time with her family, movies, Steeler football, and tennis.
