The Breast Self-Exam

Early detection is key! When breast cancer is detected early, the chances of beating the disease are greatly improved.

Learn on-line how to do a monthly breast self-exam. We also have free handy breast self-exam instructions printed on waterproof cards which you can conveniently hang on your bathroom door or shower. 

During you annual gynecological exam, your health care provider will also perform a breast exam and can teach you how to do your own monthly exams.
