Crime Tip of the Day

Sure, you can trust your fellow employees - but can you trust anyone that may be allowed into the office by a co-worker?  Hence the need for office security measures, the most basic being:

• Lock cash and portable equipment of value in a cabinet or desk when no one is there to watch over things.

• Don’t hide keys in obvious and handy places, for example, in a desktop knick-knack or vase, under a desk lamp, on a shelf or behind a cabinet.

• Lock your office door when you leave for the night.
