On-Campus

Off-Campus 

Theft - 100 W. University Parkway (north side) - On July 3rd at 10:00 AM, a JHU undergraduate secured her bicycle to the bike rack at this location with a U-bolt lock placed through the front wheel. On July 8th at 5:00 PM, the student returned and the front wheel was still U-Bolted to the rack, but the rest of the bicycle was missing. Investigation continuing.

 

Theft from Auto - 3200 Blk. N. Calvert St. (west side) - On July 10th at 3:30 PM, a JHU graduate student parked her vehicle at this location with a laptop computer placed on the front passenger seat. The student returned to the vehicle at 4:30 PM and saw the driver's side window had been broken and the laptop was missing. Baltimore Police responded. Investigation continuing.

 

Common Assault - Eastern Campus, 1101 E. 33rd St. - On July 12th at 6:36 PM, a group of four juveniles riding their bikes on the track were ordered to leave by two Eastern Campus security officers. One of the juveniles struck a security officer on the back of his head with a clipboard before the group crossed 33rd Street. The officer went to Union Memorial Hospital where he was treated and released for a minor cut.  Baltimore Police were notified. Investigation continuing.

 

 

When traveling at night use the Blue Jay Shuttle service at 410-516-8700.  Blue Jay Shuttle Vans are operational from 5:45 PM to 4:00 AM.

All students are welcome to participate in the security ride along program.
