Warming the Spectrograph CCDs

From SOP, set the CCD heaters to maximum (around 0 C):

sp1> cc 1 tset 0 vset
sp1> cc 4 tset 0 vset
sp2> cc 2 tset 0 vset
sp2> cc 3 tset 0 vset

then close the spectrograph 180 liter dewar liquid valve.

Watch the CCD temperatures with these SOP commands:

sp1> cc 1 tcheck
sp1> cc 4 tcheck
sp2> cc 2 tcheck
sp2> cc 3 tcheck

You can disable watcher monitoring of the spectrographs after they begin to warm with the following commands from the observer account:

cd ~/bin
rm startServers
ln -s startServers_nospectro.sh startServers
setup iop
start_servers -k

The servers will then restart on the quarter hour sans the spectrograph relay server.
