The dome rides on steel wheels located under the rubber skirt on the dome sill. These wheels should be oiled every six months or when they begin squeaking.At the same time inspect the dome rotation motor mount. This motor is on the dome sill, east side, above the desk. Check that the motor is securely attached to the mount and that the mount is secure on the dome sill.
Also oil the dropout winch mechanism by removing the cover behind the wheel.
