Who We Are

SARU is a confidential peer counseling service provided by Hopkins students trained in listening skills and sexual assault response. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

SARU is here for you.

We can help by listening, offering support and information, and providing outside referrals.

When to call SARU?

• When you or someone you know has been a victim of sexual assault.

• When you have questions about an incident, past or present.

• When you want information about sexual assault or community resources.

• When you just want to talk.
