Student Groups Room Request Form

JHU Student Groups who are registered with Student Life and interested in reserving classroom space must fill out a Room Request Form. This form may be viewed and printed here.

Forms for events starting prior to 6pm Monday through Friday in addition to weekend requests (excluding rooms in Shaffer Hall) must be returned to the Scheduling Desk in the Registrar's Office. All requests for rooms after 6pm and rooms in Shaffer Hall on weekends must be submitted to the Scheduling Coordinator for the School of Professional Studies (103 Shaffer Hall).

All requests should be submitted far enough in advance to ensure availability.
