Please follow the directions below to access and use the Advisor Screen:
1. Go to the ISIS sign in page https://isis.jhu.edu
2. Enter your JHED ID and password.
If you have not logged into JHED, go to http://my.jhu.edu
and follow directions for First Time Login. If you cannot remember your
JHED LID and password, go to http://my.jhu.edu Search or Forgotten Password? or call the IT Help Desk 410-516-HELP (4357). The Help Desk is available between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., seven days a week.
3. Select Advisor and the division if you are an advisor for more than one division. Click Advisor/Advisee List to
- release advisor holds - click on “Release Hold”
- re-set the advisor holds - click on "Apply Hold"
- view the student's photo, gender and address - click on the student's name
- view enrollments and dropped or waitlisted classes - click "Enrollments"
- view the student's weekly calendar or class schedule for semesters enrolled - click on "Schedule"
- view grades, transfer credits and transcript notes - click "Grades"
4. When finished, close your browser by using the red X in the upper right hand corner of the screed (PC) or by using the red dot in the upper left hand corner of the screen (MAC). |
