Please follow the directions below to access and use the Adviser Screen:
1. Go to the Adviser’s Logon page https://isis.jhu.edu
(note: the “s” after http denotes a secure site)
2. Enter your JHED LID (login identification) and PASSWORD.
If you have not logged into JHED, go to that site http://jhed.jhu.edu
and follow directions for First Time Login. If you cannot remember your
JHED LID and Password, go to the JHED web site and follow the appropriate
directions. For problems accessing the system, the Support Center at 410-516-HELP
is available between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., seven days
a week.
3. Once you have logged on, you will come to the Adviser’s
Student Lookup screen. Click on Advisee List
OR enter the student’s SSN in the lookup box.
- select the year and term where hold is to be released
- to release the hold, click on “Click to Release Hold”
- to view the student’s current schedule, click on Confirmation/Schedule
- to view grades, click on Grade Report
- to view add/drop activity, click on Enrollment History
- to re-set the hold, click on the your name (who last released the
hold) under Status
- to send your advisee a message, click on the e-mail link
4. Logout when completed. |
