ADDITIONAL
HOMEWOOD NOTES:
(a) Initial announcements concerning
the appropriate diploma ceremonies are mailed to candidates in early March. This
includes information on how to order caps and gowns and graduation
announcements. (Deadline: April 6; late-comers may order through April 10 with
a late payment of $5.00.Orders arriving after April 10 will be returned to
sender.) Candidates who indicate they will attend the ceremonies will be sent
information about reporting times and locations the first week in May.
(b) Any Homewood division diplomas not
picked up at one of the above ceremonies (and not requested to be mailed) will
be available for pickup at the Homewood Registrar’s Office between the hours
of 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. beginning Friday, May 25 through Friday, June 1. Diplomas
not called for by Friday, June 1 will be mailed to the student’s address of
record beginning Monday, June 4. (Diplomas for students who have requested mailing
will be sent on Thursday, May 24.)
Doctoral Diplomas for non-Homewood
students which are not presented at the University-wide ceremony will be
forwarded to the divisional Registrars’ Offices for disposition.
