University-wide Commencement Speaker: Dr. William R. Brody, President Johns Hopkins University Caps and gowns are mandatory No tickets required	Thursday, May 24 9:15 a.m. Garland Field Homewood Campus under tent Rain or Shine	President of the University confers all degrees, from all divisions. Doctoral recipients from all divisions will receive their diplomas on stage. M.D.’s will be called to the stage individually but diplomas will be presented at the School of Medicine’s Diploma Award Ceremony For more information call the Commencement desk in the Homewood Registrar’s Office 410-516-8079
The Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts & Sciences & G.W.C Whiting School of Engineering Undergraduate Diploma Award Ceremony Speaker: Al Hunt, Executive Washington Editor of The Wall Street Journal Caps and gowns are mandatory No tickets required	Thursday, May 24 1:45 pm Garland Field Homewood Campus under tent Rain or Shine	Bachelor degree recipients from full and part time programs will be called to the stage. Graduates will pickup their diplomas immediately following the ceremony in Shaffer, Maryland, Barton and Latrobe Halls. ADDITIONAL HOMEWOOD NOTES:

(a) Initial announcements concerning the appropriate diploma ceremonies are mailed to candidates in early March. This includes information on how to order caps and gowns and graduation announcements. (Deadline: April 6; late-comers may order through April 10 with a late payment of $5.00.Orders arriving after April 10 will be returned to sender.) Candidates who indicate they will attend the ceremonies will be sent information about reporting times and locations the first week in May.

(b) Any Homewood division diplomas not picked up at one of the above ceremonies (and not requested to be mailed) will be available for pickup at the Homewood Registrar’s Office between the hours of 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. beginning Friday, May 25 through Friday, June 1. Diplomas not called for by Friday, June 1 will be mailed to the student’s address of record beginning Monday, June 4. (Diplomas for students who have requested mailing will be sent on Thursday, May 24.)

Doctoral Diplomas for non-Homewood students which are not presented at the University-wide ceremony will be forwarded to the divisional Registrars’ Offices for disposition.
