ADDITIONAL HOMEWOOD NOTES:
(a) Initial announcements concerning
the appropriate diploma ceremonies were mailed to candidates in early March. This included information on how to order caps and gowns and graduation announcements. (Deadline: March 31; late-comers may order through April 14 with a late payment of $5.00. Orders arriving after April 14 will be returned to sender.) Candidates who indicate they will attend the ceremonies will be sent information about reporting times and locations the first week in May.(b) Any Homewood division diplomas not picked up at one of the above ceremonies (and not requested to be mailed) will be available for pickup at the Homewood Registrar
=s Office between the hours of 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. beginning Friday, May 26 through Friday, June 2. Diplomas not called for by Friday, June 2 will be mailed to the student=s address of record beginning Monday, June 5. (Diplomas for students who have requested mailing will be sent on Thursday, May 25.)Doctoral Diplomas for non-Homewood students which are not presented at the University-wide ceremony will be forwarded to the divisional Registrars
