
Weight Room and Fitness Room Policies
For your safety and for the safety and courtesy of other users, please adhere to the following rules in these rooms:
WEIGHT ROOM
1. Clean and appropriate attire
only. No open-toed shoes, sandals, boots, or jeans. Shirts are required.
2. No food or drink except water.
3. No dropping or throwing equipment.
4. Wipe off equipment after each use. Hand towels - which may not be removed
from the room - are provided free of charge to users.
5. Re-rack weights, bars, and plates.
6 . Power-lifting (i.e. cleans, clean and jerk, heavy dead-lifts, any uncontrolled
lifting) is prohibited.
7 . Equipment may not be removed from the room.
8 . Notify a staff member immediately of any equipment problems.
9. The Recreation Staff is not responsible for any user’s personal belongings.
10 . Contact a staff member if you require extra assistance because of a disability.
11. Unauthorized personal training is strictly forbidden and may result in
barred status from the facility.

Facility Closures
Basketball Courts will be CLOSED on 1/22 and 1/23 until 6pm for Coaching Clinic
