The following discounts are
available for tickets issued directly with the university's designated travel agencies
International
There
is a negotiated discount of 25% off most Delta fares for international travel.
Domestic and International
There
is a negotiated discount of 22% off all
United Airline domestic tickets and 25% off flights to Europe and beyond; 25% on most flights to Asia (discounts on flights to Asia may range between 15% - 25 % depending on airline flown and class of service). The discount does not apply to some commuter
travel. This represents a significant savings off earlier discounts. The discount
also applies for tickets for international travel on Lufthansa, SAS, BMI, Singapore, ANA, and Asiana.
Domestic and International
There
is a negotiated discount of 13%
off all US Airways tickets for domestic travel. International discounts on US Airways are 15%
in all
markets. In addition, US Airways has
selected individual domestic markets and discounted them up to 25%
off the
published fares.
Avis is the University’s
rental car partner. Please call call Avis directly at 1 800-331-1212
and use the corporate discount number A101914 to obtain
the University's negotiated rates.
Through contracts
negotiated by the Johns Hopkins Travel Center, University travelers are
entitled to receive discounted rates at a number of local hotels. Since the list of hotels is extensive,
please look at the Travel Center Hotel Directory, or contact a university designated travel agency for
additional information.
The Johns Hopkins Travel
