JHU is pleased to announce the renewal of our partnership with Dell Corporation for the purchase of special discounted business computer bundles. Recommended systems configured by Johns Hopkins IT personnel consist of Optiplex Desktops and Latitude Notebooks.
Return to TOPBy choosing one of the Johns Hopkins recommended business systems, the University will receive the deepest discounts offered. These recommended systems also come with three (3) years of Next Business Day onsite service and no charge for standard ground delivery.

Contact Dell with your departmental P.O. number or use your JHU Procurement Card for orders under $2,500. Forward an electronic Purchase Request for orders over $2,500 to Supply Chain Shared Services.
Dell will ship orders via standard 3-5 day ground delivery at no extra cost. Expedited delivery is available for an additional cost.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of delivery. For returns, contact customer care at 800-274-7799 x7266409. Tracking and RMA numbers must be documented for proof of return.
