Your Research Career (Winter Intersession)

Dr. Donna Vogel, Director of the Professional Development Office, led “Your Research Career,” an intensive five-day course in biomedical communications on January 10-14, 2011. The workshop provided JHMI graduate students and postdocs with an understanding of the most important aspects of scientific writing and oral presentations: getting funded, getting published, speaking about science, and Research Leadership. Dr. Matthew Hayat, Assistant Professor of Acute and Chronic Care, SON , Victoria Goode, Librarian II, SOM, Dr. Danny Teraguchi, Asst.
