Alternative Beverages Policy
The university recognizes alcoholism as a treatable disease and encourages affected faculty and staff members to use the services of the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program. It is university policy to offer non-alcoholic beverages at any university funct ion at which alcohol is served.Refreshments should include several alternatives. All university academic and administrative personnel and directors of catering services should take note of this policy and plan functions accordingly.
