Objective:Stratigraphic correlation is the centerpiece of the CHRONOS system. Different techniques used by the geological community will be provided that includes running cross-correlation, Fischer plots, and powerful tuning algorithms (see also TUNE). In this example, the precession-band filtered RC Ð11-120 record is correlated to a precession index target curve.
