The Greenberg Center for Skeletal Dysplasias, based at Johns Hopkins, offers medical care and information for patients skeletal dysplasia, and supports research into these disorders. The Center's Web address is www.med.jhu.edu/Greenberg.Center/Greenbrg.htm. The site lists the two dozen healthcare professionals and researchers who are affiliated with the Greenberg Center, and offers visitors the opportunity to e-mail these experts their questions about sketal dysplasia. The site promises a reply. Other features include a genetics tutorial and clinical summaries of achondroplasia and the other skeletal dysplasias.

The Human Growth Foundation, www.genetic.org/hgf, is a non-profit education, research, and advocacy group founded in 1965 for people with growth-related disorders and their friends, families, healthcare professionals. Michael Ain is a member of HGF's board. The Foundation's well-organized Web site provides links to resources for people with growth disorders, and information about these disorders and their treatments. It also includes an "Action Kids!" page, with an essay, stories, and tips for kids with growth-related disorders.
