JHUMA Events
In addition to Jummah (Friday) prayer every week on campus, we have educational Halaqas (discussions), game nights, and other social activities to strengthen the Muslim community at Hopkins. During Ramadan we hold daily suhoors and iftars and during the spring we invite knowledgeable speakers from across America to participate in our Islam Awareness Days, a series of events to increase knowledge of our religion amongst the rest of the university. We also hold our largest event of the year then: the annual Spring Banquet, featuring a renowned guest speaker and entertainment - a great time for students, faculty, friends, and families. Heres a list of events we have coming up in the next few weeks:
