The annual University-Community Get-Together moved to
a new spot this year: the sidewalk in
front of Barnes & Noble Johns Hopkins in Charles Village.
It proved to be a perfect place for
neighborhood interaction, allowing the JHU community and
local residents to learn about each others'
interests. Here, Sandy Sparks tells two students about the
work of the Jones Falls Watershed
Association. The two-hour event on Sept. 15 included
entertainment by student musical groups.
