The fourth International Conference on Music
Information Retrieval, held in Baltimore from Oct. 26 to
30, was sponsored by Johns Hopkins'
Libraries and the Library of Congress. The conference
drew participants from 18 countries.
This annual conference is the first established
international forum for the diverse communities involved in
music information retrieval.
