We'll hold a joint typhoon relief fundraiser concert with TASA (the Taiwanese American Students Association) at the Charles Commons Ballroom at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19. This event will have entertainment by various guest performing groups, as well as informative presentations by FSA and TASA about Typhoons Morakot, Ketsana (a.k.a. "Ondoy" to Filipinos), and Parma (a.k.a. "Pepeng" to Filipinos) and their impact on Taiwan and the Philippines. There will also be a silent auction on display, and refreshments will be served after the concert. Admission will be free, but donations at the door will be highly encouraged! Please contact us if you'd like to help us prepare for the event.
