The 2006 FIJI Islander is held during the Johns Hopkins University Homecoming and is the most widely attended outdoor Greek event held all year.  It will take place from 2pm-6pm on Decker Gardens (right behind Gilman Hall on the JHU Homewood Campus), and will feature live entertainment, inflatable rides, promotion tents, a cookout, volleyball, a beer garden, and of course lots of bamboo. 2006 will mark the 115 th year of FIJI on the Johns Hopkins University campus.

A part of the proceeds from every ticket sold at the Islander will go to the Union Memorial Hospital 's fund to renovate their Emergency Department. To meet the growing needs of the community for emergency services, Union Memorial plans to add at least 3,000 square feet of new space to the existing Emergency Department, renovate the 14,000 square feet of existing Emergency Department space.

For all Beta Mu FIJI alumni, we welcome you to attend our annual Frank B. Norris Pig Dinner. Please see our News Section for details and contact information for the event.
