John Micklethwait
John Micklethwait is the Editor—in—Chief of The Economist, one of the most respected weekly publications on international affairs. Micklethwait, beyond carrying on the legacy of the weekly magazine, has been highly infl uential and active in the debate on globalization. He graduated from Magdalen College in Oxford and later worked at Chase Manhattan Bank. His name can be found on a number of books, including A Future Perfect: The Challenge and Promise of Globalization and Globalization: Making Sense of an Integrating World. He has recently published his fourth book, The Right Nation: Conservative Power in America.
