Postdoctoral Research Position in Chemistry-Climate Modeling

The Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences, Johns Hopkins University, invites applications for a post-doctoral research position in the atmospheric dynamics and transport group. The successful candidate will participate in NASA and NSF funded projects to examine chemistry - climate couplings. Possible research activities include examination of stratospheric ozone recovery, stratosphere-troposphere coupling, and impact of climate change on tropospheric chemistry using chemistry-climate model simulations and satellite observations. The position is part of a collaborative project with scientists at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), and there are opportunities for the successful candidate to interact and work with scientists at GSFC.
