I am currently working on new synthetic methodology towards the synthesis of macro-sized lactones which are synthetically useful in the perfume industry. Part II: Synthesis of artemisinin analogs including dimers which contain non-hydrolyzable tethers that have applications in the treatment of malaria and other diseases.
