Charles Commons

As a more economical lodging option, Charles Commons (a new Johns Hopkins residence community), offers well-appointed suite style single residence rooms. The suites consist of two single rooms and one bathroom (i.e. shared between the 2 rooms) as well as a kitchenette. Full bed and bath linens are provided. The cost is $ 42.00 per night/per person. Parking is available for $7 per car/day. You can make reservations at Charles Commons as part of the conference registration process. Transportation:

The Inn at the Collonade Hotel, Johns Hopkins Homewood Campus and Charles Commons are located at about a 20-25 minutes taxi ride from the BWI (Baltimore-Washington International) airport, and at a 5-10 minute taxi ride from the main Baltimore railroad station (Penn Station).

For participants arriving via Washington airports (Dulles International or Reagan National) the travel time to Baltimore is typically 1.5-2 hours.
