Hours The Johns Hopkins University Counseling Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Please call 410-516-8278 to make an appointment. You may also stop by at 358 Garland Hall. If you have an emergency that requires immediate attention after hours, you may call Campus Security at 410-516-7777 to reach the Counselor on call.
