On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) is a process used by employers to recruit
Johns Hopkins students. Employers may collect JHU resumes via a
Resume Drop, interview students on campus, and/or conduct an information
session.
Information about participating employers, activities, and dates
is maintained in your J-Connect account, within the "On-Campus
Recruiting" section.
Students and recent alumni (2 years out) of full-time Arts &
Sciences and Engineering programs are eligible to participate in
OCR.

Signing up for a J-Connect account automatically makes you eligible to participate in the OCR process. Upon entering your account, a student must accept the terms and conditions in the OCR agreement. Once you have checked "yes," your J-Connect and OCR registration are both complete.
If a student fails to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the OCR agreement, the Career Center has the ability to revoke the student's OCR privileges.
If you do not wish to participate in OCR and want to have this option removed from your J-Connect account, please contact the Career Center,
at 410-516-8056.

General On-Campus Recruiting questions can be brought to any Career
Center staff member. However, if you have a specific question, please
contact a member of the Career Center's recruiting team at 410-516-8056
or recruit@jhu.edu. We are
here to help.
