What Mini Baja is

Mini Baja entails the designing and building of an original vehicle, based on a stock, 10 horsepower engine provided by Briggs and Stratton. The vehicle needs to be capable of traversing off-road terrain and standing water up to two feet deep. It will be a single-seater dune buggy type car no wider than 60 inches (unrestricted in length). The vehicle is judged based on the following categories: design, cost, speed, traction, land maneuverability, water maneuverability, and endurance.
