Dear APAMSA members,
Welcome and thank you for your interest in the 2007 APAMSA Region III Conference!
We are delighted to host this annual event for Regions III
and IV this year.
The theme of our conference is UNSPOKEN: Health Issues
Affecting Asian-Americans. Throughout the day, we will
explore a variety of topics, ranging from mental illness and cancer
in the Asian-American community to public health issues and being an
APA medical student on the wards.
We hope that all participants will gain a better understanding on the issues pertinent to Asian-Americans today and acquire tools to become leaders in
private practice, scientific research, and public health
advocacy.
