Internships
An internship is a job, generally unpaid, that is done to gain work
experience in a field that is related to career or other interests. This
is a chance to find out what it is like to do a certain kind of work and
a chance to make some initial contacts with professionals in the field.
Unpaid internships are eligible for academic credit if the student intern
works with a faculty sponsor and registers for the credit.
