Why I chose Johns Hopkins: I came to visit Hopkins during SOHOP, and I felt at home here right away. I talked to students, and I noticed that everyone was driven to achieve this great dream. Though everyone’s dreams are different, every single person is willing to work hard to get there. That impressed me a lot. Then, on the other hand, Hopkins has the most spectacular campus EVER! I fell in love with it. Best decision I have ever made!

Favorite character from a movie/book/television series: Matilda. She filled my childhood with magic.

Favorite place on the Homewood campus: Keyser Quad. Studying on the lawn and looking towards Gilman is sooooo relaxing. I love it.

Favorite place in Baltimore: Inner Harbor!

Favorite Johns Hopkins memory: I really loved Pre-O. It was so much fun to go backpacking. It has become a way to escape from stress!

What I want to do with my major: I would really love to go to medical school! I want to be a pediatric oncologist.

Three unusual things about myself:

  1. I made my own prom dress out of pictures of my best friend.
  2. I know how to castrate bulls!
  3. I smile 90% of the time.
