Exploring the Arts at Johns Hopkins
You know that Johns Hopkins is a world leader in medicine and engineering, but did you know that there's also a thriving arts scene here? Johns Hopkins undergraduates can express their creative sides in a variety of ways, including our Program in Theatre Arts & Studies, which is directed by actor John Astin and is available as a minor, or cross-registration with the nearby Peabody Institute. Homewood Arts Certificates are available in dance, digital media, fine/visual arts, music, and theatre, and there are over 35 student-run organizations that include dance troupes, award-winning a cappella groups, improv teams, and theatre groups.
