
Students entering the 2009 Homewood Student Video Competition may be eligible to receive additional prizes in competition subcategories, sponsored by academic and administrative areas on the Homewood campus. Please indicate on the Video Competition Submission Form if you are entering your video for consideration in one of the subcategories as well.
The list of additional competition categories is growing and we suggest you check here and/or join the 2009 Homewood Student Video Competition Facebook Group to receive up-to-date information about new contest opportunities and prizes.
Prize: $200
Eligibility criteria: The video should be about some aspect of student employment and the vidoe must be submitted by a student who holds or who has held a job--on campus or not--while enrolled at JHU.

Prize: $100
Eligibility criteria: The video should be about some aspect of the E&M minor or CLE's offerings (academic and/or experiential programs).

Prizes: The Mechanical Engineering (ME) department will award a $200 First Prize and $100 Second Prize to the best videos submitted by ME majors. These prizes may be awared in addition to the general competition prizes.

Eligibility criteria: The video must be about a Homewood student organization and submitted by a registered student group with a campus budget account.

All videos must comply with the 2009 Homewood Sudent Video Competition rules. Additional eligibility requirements and rules for each of the sub-contests are determined by the category sponsors. Please contact the sponsoring group directly if you have any questions about their requirements.
