Give Peace a Chance Sculpture
Give Peace a Chance is a sculpture donated by the Class of 1970.
Located on the Wyman Quadrangle
opposite Shriver Hall, it was
created by Theodore Scuris, a graduate student in the Writing Seminars. The sculpture is made of
welded aluminum and was constructed, in the words of John Marron,
president of the Class of 1970, to "relate the Georgian style of
architecture to the Twentieth Century."
