Room/Board fees are non-refundable. Tuition refunds are granted according to the schedule below.

If the university cancels a course and no alternate choice was indicated, a full tuition refund is granted. No refunds are granted for travel expenses, room, board, and program fees.
Students who are dismissed or suspended are not granted refunds. No refunds are granted for travel expenses, room, board, and program fees.
DISCOVER HOPKINS PROGRAMS
Program fees are refunded according to the following schedule:

To cancel your participation after completing registration, please send written communication to the Office of Summer Programs. You may write to us at @ jhu.edu , or fax us your notification to 410.516.5585 by the deadlines published above. Please note that we are unable to issue a refund on or after May 4th.
