Submission: Files may be dropped off at Traylor Room 523 or submitted electronically by requesting a "ticket" to our JShare printing server. An active university budget must be provided at the time of submission.
File ID: File names should identify the client and budget.

Acceptable Formats: Our PC-based printstation works well for posters generated on Macs and PCs if you save your files in the highly portable formats of Adobe Photoshop or PDF. Printing delays will be caused by improperly formatted files.
The printer uses 42 inch by 100 foot semi-gloss roll paper. Any poster that has a dimension less than 42 inches will have to be trimmed by the client. We will supply a poster mailing tube at no charge if requested.
