Come join Campus Safety and Security for a community safety walk through Charles Village!

There is no safer way of walking the community and receive the benefit of getting sound residential and personal safety tips from campus security professionals.

Hopkins Walkers on Patrol meet every Tuesday evening at 7:30 p.m. during the Fall and Spring semesters (barring inclement weather*) at the corner of 31st and N. Charles Streets.  Be our guest as we embark on an hour long jaunt through the streets of Charles Village providing an additional layer of security, pointing out good residential security and those in need of improvement, as well as discussing personal street safety.

This is an excellent opportunity for Hopkins students to meet Campus Officers, Baltimore Police, AlliedBarton security, and Charles Village residents.

Be a partner in the community in making the streets safer.

The Johns Hopkins Neighborhood Walkers has been a tremendous success this past school year, and Campus Safety and Security thanks everyone who has participated. Our last walking date for the semester was May 5, 2009, but we'll be back and ready to walk into the new school year on Tuesday, September 1, 2009. See you  then!
