Theft - Krieger Hall 3rd
floor office area - On Dec. 20th between 1:00 PM and 6:45 PM, an
employee’s unattended wallet was taken from a cubicle desk while the department
was having lab tours. Investigation continuing.
Off Campus
Assault
- 3100
block of St Paul St., east sidewalk - On Dec. 19th at 5:24 PM, a JHU graduate
student was walking south bound on the sidewalk when an unknown male approached
him from behind and struck him in the head knocking the student to the ground. The suspect then walked away and entered the
passenger side of a white van parked nearby on St Paul Street. The van left the
scene traveling south. Investigation continuing.
Theft - 3100 Wyman Park Drive, 7th floor
office - On
Dec. 18th at 10:00 AM, an employee’s
cell phone and wallet were inside of her purse, inside an unlocked desk drawer.
At 1:00 PM, the employee discovered her wallet and cell phone were missing from
the purse. Investigation Continuing.
Burglary - 2900 Blk. St. Paul St.
(even-numbered side) - On
Dec. 21st at 11:45 AM, an unknown male suspect entered a junior
undergraduate’s unlocked apartment and, on discovering the apartment was
occupied, the suspect fled out the rear door of the house. Investigation
revealed that the suspect entered the apartment via an unsecured rear door. No
known property was taken. Baltimore Police responded. Investigation
continuing.
When traveling at night use the Blue Jay Shuttle service at 410-516-8700. Blue Jay Shuttle Vans are operational from 5:45 PM to 4:00 AM.
