SCOR Member Nations

In 2005, scientists from thirty-five nations (see below) are members of SCOR. National Committees for SCOR in each country are expected to have interdisciplinary memberships and to be representative of the various types of institutions (i.e., not all members should be from a single institution, or only from academic or government organizations). Each National Committee may select up to three individual scientists to represent it as "Nominated Members" of SCOR.

Nations desiring to join SCOR may do so at any time by applying to the SCOR Secretariat (see attached document on the benefits and responsibilities of membership).
