Children's Health Project:
The State of Maryland has a program to provide health insurance to children for free or at a low cost. Unfortunately, hundreds of children live in Baltimore without health insurance because their parents are unaware of this program or are afraid to sign up due to legal status or various other reasons. Students participating in this project will work to get the information out to parents, make sure the forms are filled out correctly and get the forms to proper locations. Spanish is recommended.
