NONPROFITS IN A THREE-SECTOR WORLD Abramson Limit 25 How do we address social policy issues in the U.S.? The answer necsesarily involves the nonprofit, public, and private sectors (and even newer hybrids). The first quarter of the course will focus on each of the three sectors, using the nonprofit sector as the starting point and point of reference. The remainder of the course will focus on cross-sector collaboration, case studies and current debates in the field. This course replaces 195.631 Partnering for Results and 195.630 Introduction to the Nonprofit Sector and is a full-semester 3-credit course. Course added 11/29/06 |
