• Casegoods - everything you need in desks and storage, offered in both wood and laminate.
• Filing - lateral files in a variety of sizes and finishes.

The Johns Hopkins/American Office partnership provides departments with competitive pricing offered on commonly used office furniture products.

Dedicated Sales, Service, and Support

As part of the Johns Hopkins/American Office partnership program, a dedicated team of sales and customer service personnel will service the University community.

Orders, Delivery, Freight, and Return Policy

• Contact American Office with your departmental PO # or use your JHU Procurement Card for orders less than $2,500. Forward your Purchase Request for orders over $2,500 to Supply Chain Shared Services.
• Select products are stocked at American Office and are available for delivery as soon as 4 working days from receipt of a University order. Other products are available for delivery in 10-15 working days.
• Pricing includes freight and delivery, during normal working hours, Monday through Friday.
• Restocking charges apply to all returned products. All returns require approval from American Office.
